Please follow the below steps to assist you with your new DUNS Number request
- Click or copy the following link to your browser www.dnbexpress.ca
- Click on “Register Now” link at the top right hand corner.
- Complete step one of the “New User Registration profile” by creating a “UserID” and “Password” along with the required fields and click “Register Now” button.
- If your company appears in the “Search Results” you already have a DUNS Number. Please call 1-800-463-6362 to obtain it. If your name does not appear within the “Search Results” scroll to the bottom of the page and click “None of the above”
- Please enter the required information to complete the User Registration and click the “Register Now” button. Upon completion of the “User Registration” you will receive a “Welcome to D&B Express” email confirmation. Proceed to step 6.
- Click on the “Manage My Business Credit” tab. Once selected, the tab will be highlighted in yellow.
- In the “Search” screen, search for your company by Company Name and Province and click “Submit”
- In the “Search Results” summary message, click on the “click here” link within the second paragraph.
- Select the your “Product” and “Add to Shopping Cart” and click “Check Out.”
- Complete form and scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Submit Form” button.
- Upon completion of your order, you will receive a case number for tracking purposes.
- If you do not receive a case number within 24hrs, please contact D&B Customer Service to confirm order was received at 1-800-463-6362, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm EST.
- Please contact D&B Customer Service at 1-800-463-6362 within 24hrs if you did not receive a case number as confirmation for your order.
- Your DUNS Number will be delivered by email upon completion.
