There is a one-time registration fee of $99.00.

The two programs are mutually exclusive, so you do not need to complete the General program before taking the Advanced. On the other hand, credits acquired in one program can be applied to the other, so that someone with a General Diploma would only need to get 5 additional credits to qualify for the Advanced Diploma.
